Tacotuesday can be fun if you have #soyo masala paneer. It is perfectly flavoured with coriander, cumin and little green chilli.
We all know the benefits of eating soyo paneer as it is rich in protein and essential amino acids. It is a good source of plant base iron and calcium. In addition to this, it also contains magnesium, copper, zinc and vitamin B1.
Ingredients
To make masala Soyo paneer taco you will need –
· 1 pack of soyo masala paneer
· 3/4 cup APF -all purpose flour (and some more for dusting)
· 1/4 tsp baking powder
· 1/4 tsp red chilli powder- pinch of salt
· water to make the batter
· oil to fry
To assemble you will need
· 6 whole wheat tortilla wraps / Roti
· 2 cups of shredded vegetables ( i used cabbage, capsicum,
carrot, lettuce and onion)
· make a dip of mayonnaise and some siracha sauce
· mayonnaise
Steps to Make It
· Cut 6 stripes of Soyo masala paneer
· Make a batter of APF, salt, chilli powder, baking powder using water.
· Roll masala paneer in APF and then dip in the batter and fry. (You can shallow fry or Air
fry)
· Warm tortilla wrap/roti a bit, then spread little mayonnaise, add lettuce. Place fried
masala Soyo paneer piece and add more veggies.
· Finally add mayonnaise and siracha dip.
· You can sprinkle little peri-peri spice mix if you want.
· Just wrap it and enjoy the SoYo Masala paneer taco.
