Thank you! π Yes you are right: we need all a calorien deficit, BUT some people even do not lose weight if they are in a deficit and eat carbs. Because of their Insulin leves they produce when they are eating carbs. There comes the ketogenic diet in, where it bypasses the insulinresistance and makes sure that your calorydeficit will reach its goal. If someone has told me something like that before 20 years earlier, I would had have doubt it, but now I know that there are really people out there who cannot lose weight only with calory deficit. What I like on your diet is, that it is sustainable, healthy, because full of nutrients, PLANT-based. That is so crucial for keto too! So I want to add that your concept is a great concept, foremost for people who does not like meat, but sometimes – if it does not work as it should – it is necessary to implement keto as well. P.S. eating much of vegetables
also stimulates the metabolism a lot and make up for a broken metabolism!

You look great yes. Potato reset and food the City really works. I actually use it with training clients who don't want to cut using numbers or don't want to do pretty much any kind of work. I do Advocate though if you train ride early with weights to build muscle you will be able to eat the same kind of food but also use the energy from the carbohydrates starch as a form of energy. You also are building the bodies Symmetry by tapping into your musculature ability to grow. And since your diet its protein sparing you actually build more muscle on a whole food plant-based diet. My fat is in my belly and thighs. Because of a large tumor, I had a hysterectomy so my intestine and stomach are spread out…I just didn't feel full. Now I do! This is exciting to be able to eat. BTW you look great. One lady to another!

I have tested many weight reduction plans already but not one of them offered me the final results like I acquired out of this , Yamzoko Weebly (sβarch Gβ βgle to get it) process. Even I am not feeding on much as I was in the past, I still donβt really feel jittery or maybe sense a crash Since utilizing the approaches specified in this particular plan, I lost 15 lbs already.

I totally know what you mean! I am "the healthy vegan" too! Yet since my last baby (#3) I have STRUGGLED to maintain any weight loss. I have gotten to a place where I love my body the way it looks, but not the way it feels. I'm just a little bit more than feels comfortable, and I know the difference in feeling amazing and vibrant and the way I feel now. Anyway- thank you for sharing! I've been dipping my toe into the 50% 50% veggie to starch idea.

So I was 215.17 lbs in March today 165.35 lbs and I'm so proud of myself the start was not at all easy thanks to the help of @lkoiurd on Instagram I have lost all that weight i am 5ft 7.3 i plan to lose another 11lb by september if you are having trouble losing contact
