At what point does whole food become junk.
Is a vegie burger junk? Are patatos wedges junk etc?
I eat loads of fruit nuts, beans, legumes.
But I do have things that I know are junk from time to time (crisps, pizza etc)

Hey Paul, do you have any links of studies regarding amino acids being in all plants?
I'd pick potatoes, lentils, romaine, onion, cherries, oats 🥔🥗
MY QUESTION : They say abs are made in the kitchen, so how to lose that last little wodge of annoying tummy fat whilst still growing my puny little muscles? I am quite good on the diet side of things but if I go into a caloric deficit I seem to lose it everywhere but the fat tummy. grr ….lol. Thank you.
where did you get your nutrition qualifications?
As you are so concerned with your health(rightly so), have you ever considered dropping size and mass as a way to almost certainly improve your longevity as a low body weight, lower calorie diet is very much correlated to a long and healthy life? I've avoided 'bulking' for this reason.
Hey paul – I have quite a rambly question for you, would love you to answer it as I'm in a bit of a dilemma.
I recently have been diagnosed with a hip labral tear (sports injury through ballet) which has meant that I have to stop all physical activity, have surgery and have up to 6 months PT and rehab before getting back to my activities (running, ballet, gym… i keep myself so fit, the time off is killing me!). I usually eat around 2500 calories a day, but this is too much now I can hardly move! For someone who will be bed ridden for quite a long time, what kind of diet would you recommend? I'm generally eating whole food plant based with a lot of carbs and a lot of fat (addicted to tahini).
I guess in a nutshell my question is:
– What the hell do i do with my diet during this time of recovery? (pre and post op) In regards to lots of bed rest, physical recovery and mental health (and not getting too chubby).
Very wordy but would love a nutritionists advice as I think nutrition can really help recovery time and keep me healthy inside even though i feel like my leg is about to fall off! Love your vids and can't wait to see you at the Vegan Campout <3
Right on👍🏼
Thanks for the mention Paul! And thanks for answering my question. I am trying to shift some stubborn fat and gain lean muscle and although I think I'm on the right path macros confuse me so much. I need to start recording exactly what I'm eating for a while I think, am also going to message you about a nutrition plan.
😃
Stoked that I saw you today, didn’t want to disturb you on the train whilst eating your food but keep up the good work
