On the soba noodles I just use a bag of slaw mix and cucumber. And make a simple sauce of coconut aminos and sesame oil with a dash of red pepper flake

I started prepping tofu and keeping it cooked / cubed in fridge. Then microwave a bag of frozen rice, split into two bowls, add toppings ( Mexican style, vegan pesto, Asian style) just basically throw in a bunch of veggies and sauce and then save the other bowl to eat next day π extraaaa lazy

Rose not sure if they have it there in CAD but have you tried Ripple milk in your cereal? It's pea protein and 8g of protein per cup. I love it and use it in smoothies and shakes. π Love your channel π
Silk makes an almond/cashew milk with pea protein. This is my go to, as I can be even lazier and not mix anything if I want cereal.

OMG! That cereal bowl is like having dessert for breakfast! I blended a frozen banana with oat milk, protein powder, and added peanut butter powder then topped with frozen mixed berries. I have now added Kashi chocolate loops to my breakfast routine! ππΎ
