Use a drinking straw. You have really good teeth and the acid from the smoothie might be detrimental to your dental health in the long run.

I do frozen banana, chia or flaxseed, rolled oats, peanut butter, cacao powder if I use oat milk but I skip the cacao if I use chocolate hemp milk, and ice to make a choc peanut butter banana smoothie. If you use a lot of frozen banana you can make it like a shake or ice cream

I looove smoothies, one you should try as a sweet treat is a ‘salted caramel’ smoothie, 2 1/2 tbsp vanilla protein powder, 1 1/2 tbsp cashew butter, 1 frozen banana, 3 medjool dates, 1 cup almond milk, pinch of pink salt, and ice! Or I do a nutty protein smoothie which is 1 frozen banana, 2tbsp vanilla protein, 2tsp peanut butter, 4 almonds, 1tsp Maca powder, cup of almond milk, cup of ice! Xxx
