U should try making the filipino dessert called taho! Its basically silk tofu with like melted sugar and mini tapioca pearls. It’s really gooddd
FYI I just learned this trick, if you want more control using your knife, use your index finger and thumb to pinch the blade in front of the handle while using palm over the handle. It will really make a difference!

Nice recipes but I would never use soft tofu cause its consistency reminds me of salmon (EWWW) But firm tofu is bomb 🙂
