You can reverse type 2 diabetes by following a keto diet or a carnivore diet. Plant based diets… especially vegan diets… can actually be harmful. Stop living in the 60's and join us in the 21st century. Cholesterol and lipids are unaffected. I'm living proof. Just keep your carbs to less than 25 grams per day.

I've got type 1 diabetes and since going vegan my blood sugars have been fantastic, I need less insulin and its absorbed quicker and better! I also had an undiagnosed stomach problem which alot of doctors told me its probably gastroperisis caused by my diabetes. I was in constant pain, couldn't eat much or I'd be sick and since going vegan it's as if its vanished!! I swear by this, vegan is the best way of life not just for our healths but for the animals!!
Kudos for the Video! Sorry for chiming in, I am interested in your initial thoughts. Have you thought about – Patlarny Sugar Outcome Principle (do a search on google)? It is a good exclusive product for reversing diabetes minus the normal expense. Ive heard some incredible things about it and my cousin after many years got excellent success with it.

Hey anyone, I have severe diabetes, no medical benefits, blood pressure thru the roof, blood sugar thru the roof. I try to eat vegetables, within seconds I feel sleepy and super tired. Does this way of eating really work? I have to do something, my body is taking alot of damage.

Iâm not convinced that we have to give up lean meats. Being vegan 90% is great, but salmon and chicken breast are almost fat free and have excellent protein. Ok, salmon has fat but itâs a healthy fat. People have thrived on salmon since the beginning of time. The idea of all vegan or all carnivore I believe doesnât work. Limiting animal products is good, but the all or nothing ways is something I donât believe in.
