Animals can digest cellulose
Cellulose is found in plants and is made up of protein
Animal bodies can break down cellulose and get protein
But humans can’t
Hahaha well I had good judgement and moved from Finland to Ghana. So I don't need to take D-pills anymore?
All podcast hosts talk the same.. the guest is a dilf
Hey, I have a question. I often hear the vegan argument of "look at how muscular cows/horses etc are and they are vegan." This always strikes me as a little odd, because cows have a completely different biology than we do. They are mammals, but dont they basically spend a ton of time eating lots of plants and have multiple stomachs to digest it all the plants? I would like to hear someone's opinion on this, because I can't quite wrap my head around this argument!
God and Jesus love you
Protein is always a concern, but especially as you get older. My diet is mostly plant-based. I use a lot of plant-based protein powder.
I came here to listen, good content, tho. but c'mon, let’s all agree on how mouth-watering a medium rare steak is!
I eat plenty vegetables but, man is meat tasty af.
Didn't say HOW MUCH of broccoli you would have to eat "all day" long to hit that number! It would be north of FOUR KILLOS of broccoli to hit 100 gm of protein. That particular example was absolutely absurd!

I recently went vegan after 4 years of being vegetarian and this was very informative. Thanks.
Amazing
I am not vegan, not planning to become one either, but I am trying to incorporate vegetarian days into my week to significantly reduce the amount of meat I eat. Having a lot of protein is important for someone like me who exercises a lot.
Your skin actually processes vitamin D better with sunscreen according to dermatologists
Nutrient uptake is achieved with proper body ph. 7.4. We are an alkaline being.
B12 is received through spring water and root plants. It grows in dirt. Eating dirt is part of life. We came from the dust of this Earth. To the dust we will return.
Proteins are only created in plants, not living bodies. It’s impossible for an animal or a human to make protein. Protein is made by fusing amino acid with a gas called CO2. Living beings don’t use CO2 in any way. We use oxygen. Only plants use CO2. Pretty much common sense.
We aren’t cattle. Aren’t our digestive systems different? Don’t they have multiple stomachs?
Hello everyone am here to share with y'all how i was able to get rid of my hsv through the use of herbs🌿 from Dr okosun on YouTube, a herbalist, thanks dr okosun and God bless💞
WTF IS HE TALKING ABOUT broccoli is 2,8g of protein per 100 gramms
I like. sigh I dislike the toxicity in the community of vegans. But. My body literally isn't letting me eat any other way. If I eat meat, drink dairy or eat eggs. I get very sick. I get miserable abdominal pain that throws me in bed. It's the stigma and the societal condemnation of it that I like take on as my own shame. And it's annoying. But I have to let that ish go and accept it.
Sunscreen does not prevent the absorption of vitamin D, according to the Skin Cancer Foundation. Studies have failed to show any link between sunscreen use and vitamin D deficiency.
Many fermented drink and food contains vitamin b12 in abundant …
