What do you do if you are on a plateau?? I have been working out for about a year now, home workouts. Have been playing sports my whole life but recently into working out. I LOVE working out but I also would like abs. I am thin but am not seeing definition, don't feel like anything has changed in the last month. I am eating lots of protein and a good diet, lots of your recipes :))) and workouts. I am doing a mix of hiit and muscle training workouts but feel like I'm in a plateau, what should I do? I have tried a lot and I just don't know what to do.

You were talking about vegan fast food and it made me think of a restaurant I just had the pleasure of going to last weekend down in San Diego. It's called Plant Powered Fast Food. They have things like Peanut Butter milkshakes and Blueberry Soda. So good! And such a cool concept. There are two in the San Diego area and you guys should check it out if you are ever there. Also, there was another restaurant called Donna Jean's that was vegan and it was literally some of the best vegan food I've ever had- better than Cafe Gratitude or Real Food Daily and in my opinion that says a lot.

a podcast is nice but it is definitely a commitment, I have seen countless youtubers try it out and quit shortly after because it's just all too much to handle along with social media and youtube and the editing.
Maddie, I love your channel, you look like a very nice person, but, really, how can you talk about weight loss if you never had to lose weight??? You are not a nutricionist right? Thats a little problematic for me to understand. Don't take me wrong, but I feel that you can have a lot of followers that thinks that if they start to live your lifestyle, they gonna lose weight, and we know that is not true. I think internet, youtube and all this can make people be more unity, but, be careful not to spread information without qualification.

Please be more sensitive about people with eating disorders. Please do more research on the matter and offer people to get help. If you havenโt gone through an eating disorder you have no idea how hard it is to think about cheat meals. Please please please be more kind and sensitive about it.
