What is the best product or brand to lost lots of weight? I read loads of superb opinions on the net about how Okibetonic Secrets can help you lost a lot of fat. Has anyone tried this popular lose weight diet plan?
Guys. lost tons of weight doesn't need to be hard (I used to think it did). I'm going to give you some advice now. Get a popular fat burn method called Okibetonic Secrets (do a search on google). Thanks to it I have lost a lot of fat. I should not even be speaking about it cause I don't want a bunch of other guys out there running the same game but whatever. I'm just in a great mood right now and so I'll share the wealth lol.
If you want to slim down, you should look up Okibetonic Secrets on the google search engine. They will make it easier to get the body you should have.
What brand of tofu do you get? I've never seen seasoned and herbed tofu
Love this meal prep and will be taking some ideas for next week. Question: for someone who doesn’t need to loose weight but would like to loose some body fat and gain lean muscle, doing strength training twice a week and two more days of home workouts how much protein do you recommend per day? My PT is fixated on 120g (she’s not plant-based) but it seems SO much and I don’t feel that well when I do so much protein. I’m 42 years old, 170 cm in height and weigh 66 kg. Thanks!
Dope video but I am confused why you would add the unsweetened almond milk ahead of time to the oats. Perhaps jar without milk and add it each night before bed to one? shrug

I am SOOOOO glad I've found you! At last someone who makes the measurements simple and easy. New subscriber here who wants to become full time vegan. Pescatarian at the moment. Only thing I'd like to ask is if there's something else I can substitute for tofu as I've been told it's not that great for women due to the oestrogen levels (I'm in the UK by the way)
I have a question. I know I am super late with this video being posted almost 3 years ago, but I wanted to ask if this Is a good meal plan for women as well or is it mainly for men? Or is it gender neutral? I ask because I have been on other meal plans and I have not lost any weight. If you could please help me out I would greatly appreciate it!!
Also what can I do about snacks? I get really grumpy throughout the day if I do not snack, would I just eat an apple to satiate the hunger or what could I eat?
I heard that eating raw oats inhibits mineral absorption of iron , and zinc because of phytic acid. The article said soaking the oats overnight will help, and we do that for the overnight oats BUT doesn't the phytic acid just end up in the almond milk?? I'm not to "iffy" about this at all, just wondering. Thanks in advance 😀

I've been trying to figure out a meal plan of WFPB , and trying to figure out the macros , and this gives it ALL , it's practically spoon fed. I'm going to try this, I just feel, Root veggies,: Sweet potatoes, potatoes, Beets cause me to gain weight and i want to drop the pounds., not sure what it is i'm doing wrong?
I like the idea of meal prep – but: The loss of vitamins, due to cutting them and storing them for days… No, that's not worth it… Perhaps freezing. I have to try it out, because the idea is great :-).

I just made this.. the sweet potatoes needed about a half hour more. The lunch tastes the best for me.. the dinner stays flavourless even after seasoning it.. i will add some unions next time. Anyway i will be eating it for a week now.🤷♂️.. The breakfast and lunch are ok for me but the dinner i will alter in taste. Anyway great mealprep, and a big thanks gor the recipes👍
Food & meal prep looks good. Tshirt takes away from what you're sharing & has us focus on a word no one needs to using in mainstream language.

I’ve been trying to go plant based for a while and I’ve found I usually don’t have a lot of energy during the week or I’m always hungry. This is the first week where I had lots of energy and I wasn’t hungry an hour after eating. I wish you had more videos like this 🙂🙂
I’m looking to loose about 100 pounds but I’m told I have to go on a low carb high protein diet in order to loose weight. I weigh 253 pounds right now
I Love how you meal prep and measure your ingredients and tell fans how much to add for everything you are making. I want to go on a low carb high protein diet to loose a lot of weight do you have any suggestions ? I am wondering if your diet plan could help me loose weight a lot of weight for health reasons or should I just go with the low carb high protein diet ?
