im new here. Im gonna pay attention to this guy. I had a fight with my personal trainer. He says veganism is pure BS. So im using the internet to educate myself on nutrition and workout plans. I was diagnosed with diabetes 2 a few months ago. I went raw and vegan for 30 days, then i on a plant based diet. I cheated twice a month. I m losing inches, feel better, and my diabetes is under control. Its been an interested change
I always end each exercise the the weight I first started with (the lowest weight) right after my last (and therefore heaviest) set. So right after my last set, I immediately do as many reps as I can with the weight I did on my first set. I found that to have built me muscle.

Can I do your program while I am intermittent fasting? I really can't give up my feeding time because I don't want to eat throughout the day but just 1-2 really huge meals.
Hey , I have not studied sports or anything (I have studied physics) but what worries me is this : the 1st group in the study , in phase 2 , did 5 sets of around 5 reps , and the second group did the same (I suppose with the same rest period as the 1st group) but then did an EXTRA exercise of low resistance and around 30 reps. So this is not a fair study to my novice eyes! I would prefer if the 1st group also did a 6th set of around 5 reps again , so then we would have a better comparison. In reality it would be great if there was a 3rd group that would do a 6th set of a medium resistance for about 12 reps. Then we could compare and say : "when we add a 6th set of low resistance for around 30 reps , or a 6th set of around 12 reps , or a 6th set of around 5 reps , the results were so and so …"

I do some videos on the ethical and environmental aspect of veganism, on my mother language, Portuguese.
Really appreciated your honesty on your transitioning testing videos, so thank you very much for that.
But don't worry, I guess each body has its own way of adjusting: on veganism, my iron went to the roof, no sups used.
Now I only take 1 B12 every week, that went down a bit – my wife went vegan the same time, and her B12 increased! 😛
Anyway, I used to bodybuild along time ago, and I had a really fit aesthetichs physique.
Now I want to prove to myself that with 37 years, and a BMI of 30 (just a fat chubby guy now lol), I can return to my 24 yo body, has a Vegan.
Just started 2 weeks ago, and I know I have A LOT of work to do and A LONG time to go, so I'm looking into vegan bodybuilders channels for inspiration, and I just subscribed to you.
I'll be following your program for 90 days from tomorrow, hopefully it will also help me get there on the long run.

Do you do combo reps in the same workout or just cycle them into your program? Combo reps sound like a pyramid style workout where you peak at the top and rep out at lower sets.

Im not training for that long and have been doing mostly 3-4/8-12. Do you think I should do 3/6 and then 1/20 to build more muscle? What would you adivise me to do.

Where the fuck are people whatching videos related to health and fitness? this is by far one of the best and you still don't have many subscribers!
Great video. Fitness definitely needs more "mind". But I feel these studies don't dive in deep enough. There is no "Why" question. And for some reason nobody talks about cycling intensities (the way most weightlifters work out for the last 60 years).
