I tried being plant based for 2 weeks and my man part didn't work nearly as good. Went back to normal eating and man part went back to normal too. I still love your channel and like trying vegan dishes, but can't eat just that.

I went vegan overnight, I started following vegan YouTubers Instagram. The next day I went to the store and got my fridge filled up with basic Vega products (Mayo, butter…), of course after a few days I got vegan diarrhea (not ashamed to say it) due to the amount of fiber. After three weeks my body got adjusted to it. I’m a happy vegan person! And I wish many people come to join the Vegan world 😃

Can you do a video about ingredients that are not vegan that are sneaked into food item we think are vegan. Like the two items you mentioned in this video the gelatin and casein.
Im transitioning, its been about 2 weeks, been doing pretty good. ill be cool once i start making my cheese. I just have to make myself eat more fruit bc im not really fruit person. I find it easier to pick a few recipes for up to two weeks. Im finding great recipes that my kids will eat i can sneak a few vegan meals on them they barely eat meat anyway. Thank you!
My father played golf until he was 93. He wasn't vegan. He lived the old style, the one that had evolved with man for thousands of years, eating meat. It works great for our entire family.
Since i've found your channel i have been learning a lot, i have made the transition to vegan during last year and i am more energetic than ever before, thank you sister😇🤗
Thank you for your videos! I've been in and out of the Vegan Party for a couple of years now. I'm now realizing that it's ok to adjust slowly, rather than feeling guilty if I fall back on 30+ years of habits. I've watched a couple of your recipes in the past, but today I've been marathoning your educational videos. Very "edutaining"!! 🙂 Your gracious smile makes it easy to believe that I can eventually achieve my happy planet goals.

I love that idea that this is a lifestyle of abundance.
