I'm on a macro diet. I'm 200 pounds. I consume 180 g Carbs, 60 g Fat, 175 g protein, and 1960 calories every day and trying to lean out and be generally fit and healthy.
Breakfast:
One slice of watermelon
1 apple
Two scrambled eggs in 1/2 second of PAM oil spray
1 slice of Ezikiel bread
Creatine monohydrate preworkout
Lunch: (I've measured all the grams of carbs that go into my smoothie but want to make sure you don't find this smoothie dangerous or unhealthy)
I blend (not juice) 25 grams of Kale, 1/2 cup of berries, ice, and 1 cup of Fairlife whole protein milk
Dinner: Slow cooked chicken breast in a crockpot with 1.5 Tbspn of Olive Oil with 1 tsp of mccormick garlic seasoning, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp of peoper, 1/2 cup of chopped celery or onion.
1 microwaved Russet potato coated in 1 tsp olive oil and 1 tsp salt.
1 ezikiel toast
1 cucumber with lemon
66 grams of whey isolate powder + water.
I'd really appreciate any feedback from you. I want to start good eating habits. This is what I'll be doing every day. Some days I include baked fish, or a ground turkey stirfry instead. I might include homemade avocado toast, almond or peanut butter.

I tried it once, but gained weight, and was eating only gluten-free grains, nuts, legumes, minimal fruit. :-/ I would like to try it again though, or at least cut my meal meals down to about 3-5/week. Since going 100% whole foods plant based, I have lost 32 pounds and am no longer considered "overweight", but I am on way to the target weight that I enjoyed when I was 25. The food is great, and there is no weighing and measuring. Because of my heart I avoid nuts, avocado, salt, and oil. I have gone from a Size 18 to a Size 10 dress.
