I'm not finding a link to I Herb for the Nutritional Yeast, Onion Powder and Coco Powder. Can you help out with that? Thank you.
So glad I found you! I've been transitioning my diet to whole food plant based. This channel has been so helpful so far! Other vegan channels use fake meats and I really strive for whole, planted based. This was a helpful video!
Isnt raw cashews bad for your kidneys?
Is salt not vegan …?
Love your videos!!!! Thank you!!
This is very helpful. I'm still not fully plant based or vegan but really close. My downfalls are with flavor and chocolate things. Lol
ierb? please how do you spell that
Where do you get your raw cashews from?
Hi Jill, do you have an affiliate link for I Herb? I’d use it. I think it’s ok to be an affiliate and have web links with/for a company you truly use.
Thanks for this awesome video. Rancho Gordo, another golden nugget, nice one. You pointed out that Heirloom grow and keep seeds to protect the future of specific plants in this case beans, nice one. The Game Changers suggest the crops and water needed to sustain animals as food sources promotes more CO2 than humanity has managed by itself until now. It doesn't take a genius to see that climate change will effect the availability of edible crops, therefore it shows foresight to act as the people behind Heirloom have. Also many of my favorite chef's on YouTube run their blender during videos and you can't hear a word their saying, so they could benefit big time from the cover you have on your blender. The 2 Esselstyn ladies on YouTube run their video on quick speed and do pushups and star jumps as their blender operates thus circumventing the noise of the blender and giving the audience a giggle. Anyway, proud of ya. Keep up the good work, you're helping more people than you know. God bless.
Why use onion powder? Why don't you just use onions?
Check out the Ninja Food cooker, it is amazing!
Ninja FD401 Foodi 8-qt. 9-in-1 Deluxe XL Cooker & Air Fryer-Stainless Steel Pressure Cooker, 8-Quart
Rancho Gordo is in my own if Napa. I've never heard of it.. You know I'm looking into it now!!
I’m allergic to yeast, is there anything that can be used instead of nutritional yeast? I think someone else said to just leave it out 🤔
I have a Kenwood blender that goes on my multi Pro food processor (I know it's not the best) , but nearly lost my cool this morning with that thing making her brownies. Just want to know, what type of blender does other's have , that will blend well. Blentec will be nice to have, but saw this one she has is over $2000, which is way to much for me.
I'm allergic to cashews. What other nut do you think could replace it? Maybe Brazil nuts?
Where are the links?
http://www.iherb.com is an unreliable website. I just spent the better part of an hour trying to make an order, trying to make an account…a huge waste of time.
Watching 2019. ❤️. I use lemon to add flavor. Also, I noticed you use dates, have you researched date sugar? Thanks
Have you thought of doing ASMR? You voice and manner is so calming! Thanks for another nice video 😊
Most cocoa powders labeled "natural cocoa powder" in groceries is non-alkalized.
Will you marry me? Uh… Oh… Sorry! Got lost in the moment! 💘 your vids and I certainly learn a lot!!! Please, keep em coming!
You need an instant pot!
I'm sorry, but I am not finding the link to your recipes. I'd love it if someone could pass it on to me.
Is 100% cocoa / baking cocoa the same as non-alkalized cocoa powder? How do you know if it's alkalized?
Try white balsamic. You’ll be surprised!
I just discovered something interesting about Braggs Liquid Aminos. It has more sodium than Lite Soy Sauce, and a little less than twice the protien. Per ml the nutrition information is this: Braggs: protein per ml: 0.10g Sodium: 64 mg. Lite Soy Sauce protein: 0.06mg ; sodium: 42g. It would seem that Soy sauce is a better alternative if you are trying to keep your sodium intake down.
The only reason I hung around is to find out what that monstrosity of a blender "box" was all about. I thought maybe it was a safety shield in case of an explosion. LOL
Beautiful kitchen! 👍
