sorry, I could not let it pass, how come these guy is talking about veganism and there are not any Product coming out of plastic bag. Well what could I expect, his target group are dudes that only want to build muscle. These discussion without a context becomes a pop trend
I assume you mention 2.77 because plant based protein has a lower value than in meat, otherwise 2.77 grams per 1kg is way too much even for +40 who should eat more protein. I never go above 2gr per 1kg for a +40 client, and 1.6-1.8 for younger clients.
No brother, your name is not Dr. this or that. Is it written in your passport Dr.? Dr. is a titel and you just show that there is really nothing special in holding this titel. … actually after the intro you look pretty dumb bro. Drop the ego shit and be real. You are nothing more or less then anybody else. Namaste
Hi Sir. Can i ask does consume Whey isolate protein have the same effect in blood like consume meat? I'm trying to be vegan to a certain level. But i'm considering should i take plant protein supplement or stick with Whey Protein Isolate.

So what happens once I go from a 180lb guy to a 200lb guy? Have I gotta recalculate all those macros again? 😒
Thanks for sharing!
Wth you’re talking so fast. Where do you have to go ? Calm down man you gave me anxiety
Not a body builder but lift at work. Since im vegan i feel like i been loosing weight and not eating enough.
Great video, any chance of a video with a weekly basic vegan mealplan? Like what meals at what times and how much volume etc
Vegan meals are just side dishes
Sour Kraut, Kombucha, Tempeh…. great probiotics
Great video!
Im 130lbs and want to gain more muscle. What should my vegan macro look like?
Awesome video, so much information packed in, thank you!
Thanks for the video. Does it matter what proportion of fats vs carbs you have to make up the remaining calories?
No such thing as a vegan bodybuilder. Most of them either quit or retire when they realize it doesn’t work.
Way too many grams of protein. Studies have shown your body does not process as much protein as your suggesting. Please look into this!
thanks
the problem is that with that meal you eat at least 80 gr of fiber …. good luck …
I’m a powerlifter and I just switched to a plant based diet and honestly I really needed this info! Thank you!
Hey, if you need 0.8-1g of protein per pound of body weight, that would be 2.2g per kg of body weight rather than 2.77g. Great vid btw.
