Even if you are triggered at the notion of going vegan, do yourself a favor and eat as many whole plant foods as you can. It will really help you feel good and enjoy life more. Most people have nothing to lose, and everything to gain from a more plant based approach to eating.

Same. I love this. I've been working on my health for the past three years. I learned plant-based is the way to go. Brain fog gone, anxiety is more treatable, I use essential oils, I stopped reverting to alcohol and drink kombucha, I just only add fish for omega's but I'm working on it 🙂 Thank God for chocolate~ after the pandemic my goal is to be strictly plant-based~

Lots of confusing, contradictory information out there. What has clarified things for me is that a whole food vegan diet keeps my weight down relatively effortlessly. When I eat meat/fish/cheese it is more of a struggle to keep my BMI at 21.

Guys. lost crazy amounts of weight does not need to be hard (I used to feel it did). I will give you some tips right now. Look for a popular weight loss secrets called Okibetonic Secrets (google search it). Thanks to it I have lost a ton of weight. I should not even be speaking about it cause I do not really want a bunch of other guys out there running the same game but whatever. I am just in a great mood today so I will share the wealth haha.

Absolutely Plant nutrition is the best way to go. I started as a vegatarian moved on to a whole plant eater for 4 months. I missed ice cream sure and pizza which I consume occasionally. Currently I practice whole plant food plan, not a diet because of the first 3 letters DIE. it changed my life I'm in great shape lean trim stronger than ever months before my 39 birthday!!!

Food meant to be ready to be eaten in its natural state wich's really appealing to us, all species on this planet thier job is to eat food not to prepare or make it up trying to figure out which food we should eat, it's like we don't belong here !
We have to look back a little bit to babies and other animals and slow down our minds and learn from them !
They simply sleep well , they are active all day long every single day and most importantly they eat their food and not messing with it.
Keep it simple people, sleep well, be active, eat the right food , but in one condition this food has to be ripe and organic, otherwise its very difficult to eat healthy these days because we HUMANS the superior species as we think we didn't let anything without messing with it on this planet.

I have been vegetarian for a long time and about Dr. Ornish reinforced by decision.
I remember trying meat for a brief period. My cholesterol went up and I was bloated; went back to vegetarian and my cholesterol was better.

Diet Plan known as Custokebon Secrets kept appearing here on a lot of youtube videos and I thought they were scam. However after my cooworker follow it, and finally lost a ton of weight by using it without starving herself. I'm persuaded. Don't take my own word for it, search for Custokebon Secrets on the google search engine.

I will judge what is healthy by looking at the examples….Looking at this guy in terms of health, I running the opposite direction. Wake up people…. if your worried about a heart attack and only care about that you will die of other diseases, if you worry about your overall health and wellness, maybe you die of a heart attack at 80-90-100, but you die quickly and happily instead of a life of pain and suffering.
