I just read the comments and well is sad to hear that, but sara's body might be just getting used to this new kind of diet and it's fine, she is mentality strong enough to get back, she's beating her ego for now an that says a lot about her beautiful soul, she may not be at the podium but at least she's not a murderer anymore 👌 I once read " if I need to kill animals and take their muscles to make mine grow , then I don't want them anymore " I'm more into bodybuilding stuff so It really touched my heart :') vegan for life or at least trying my very best

Develops as an athlete as a meat eater and gets injured as a vegan. Eating meat is optimal for athletic performance because it supports the biology of the human body. Veganism is deficient and it shows in the injury rates of vegan athletes.

Ohhh this is the lady that switched to vegan and then had to quit her season due to injuries.
She literally ruined her career because of going vegan—ironic. Animal products contain vital nutrients not found in veggies (collagen, gelatin, etc), that strengthen joints and speed recovery.
I watched as she hit her peak and developed into an absolute monster in the CF world but since she’s gone vegan, she’s been plagued with the typical injuries to someone with vitamin and nutrient deficiencies. Show me a vegan who doesn’t have to take a handful of isolated synthetic supplements to support their lifestyle, and I’ll show you a unicorn.

After going vengan, her performance has been trash, and gets injured constantly. Before 2019 she has podium finishes, on 2019, she has disqualified in the games on day 2. Became vegan full out on my Birthday 2019. I did try vegetarian years back but I did not enjoy the meals. Now I have it down with cooking I even marinate my tofu. You become more educated as you stay on the journey. Tempeh is my favorite!.🤗awesome video
Excellent ! Vegan for 3, vegetarian since 2012. Did it for animals first and foremost. The health benefits and weight loss were a bonus. Sara is the greatest indeed. Full of life and smiles with her eyes, says a lot. She’s the real stuff. Bedn a fan from the very 1st second she popped up on NETFLIX 👍😉
