I always feel FAR less hungry when I solely eat meat for breakfast. When I eat literally anything else I’m hungry all day. It’s fine to be hungry, but I don’t understand this study at all.
Amazing about the corn chips! They’re my go-to when I want something crunchy and my one super consistent processed food that I always put in my cart. Gonna try baking tortillas instead after hearing this info. Super cool.
I lost a ton of weight when I first became a plant based vegan with no oil. During pandemic started vegan junk food and oil weight piled back on. I'm big and do not match the stereotype of how a Vegan should look! Going back to real plant based foods putting the veggie burgers on a time out! 😆
You are so interesting to look at honestly. blue eyes, brown curly hair, red beard. It's unique and special. You're super smart too. thanks for the video 🙂
Lol if you eat nuts, seeds, avocados, hummus, maple syrup all throughout the day, which is very likely if you’re a vegan, you’re not going to be as slim as you’d like. an “off switch” doesn’t change that. just saying because I’m a vegan and it’s false to tell people going vegan will make them thin
I went on a health journey many years ago and lost 132 pounds completely naturally by going on a vegan diet. It was phenomenal. People said that I glowed. It was the best I have ever felt mentally and physically. I got way off track when I went back to a normal diet. Easing my way back into that healthy natural lifestyle again.
I went vegan for lent this year and have found it hard to eat much to be honest. I eat plenty of beans and lentils with potatoes and I can get through only a fraction of what I used to. I dont crave sugar anymore either. I need to loose a lot of weight and this is doing the trick. I feel great.
0:35 THIS! Too many people care too much about how they look and as a result "fat-loss diets" have become fads with promises of attaining the perfect body for Instagram. These fad diets might get you that 'hot bod' for likes on insta but will ruin your health in the long run.
The only diet that made me lose weight is keto and I lost further on carnivore. I gave vegan a try but did not suit me. Whole vegan, lots of kale, broccoli, beans, sweet potato…So what do you say to people who had great success by cutting out vegatables on their diet. And why do gastroenterologists advise low fiber diet to people who have IBS? Please don't mislead people.
It was my sisters birthday so I had some processed foods and such after just a week of eating Mcdougal style- I feel AWFUL rn. I really want cucumbers and something to make me feel GOOD rn!!!🤢
You're a rockstar man. When I try to tell people about this stuff they think I'm crazy. But the meat and dairy industry sure does have a strong marketing campaign. Ill give them that.
After 10 years living the vegan lifestyle my body looks much nicer at 55 than when I was 25 — I also have way more energy!
I’m glad that I found your channel!
That podcast you linked to was taken down. Don't know why, because other episodes are there, including the later Q&A.

Most vegans are actually skinny-fat people. Best to go no sugar.
Video worth watching for the simple quote,”Let them eat cake, unless they’re vegan, then F$CK’em!!”.

I’m not a vegan but upping my fiber intake to 35g+ is helping me eat much less than usual
I'm not convinced all calories are created equal….does calories in equal calories out?
