As our fruit and veg are all sprayed with chemicals, doesn't the good from eating loads more fibre, mean we chance all that spraying? We get told to not only wash everything, but to peel the skins off, so its less if a problem 🤔!

This is all such amazing information and it makes me hope I can overcome my resistance to vegetables and give this a try. I just wish Chef AJ had left out the fat-shaming "joke," when showing her before photos, "The cow is the one on the left." That hurt in the same way as did all the jokes I've heard my whole life during the "fat" phases of my yo-yo weight loss/regain history. Here's to shame-free healthy eating!

I love the content of the video and I thank you so much for all of your knowledge!! However, you speak so quickly that it is hard to catch everything that you are saying. You have to stop and catch your breath many times just to catch up with your brain!!! 🙂 🙂 This is not a negative comment, by the way. I believe in what you say but please in future videos it would be wonderful if you could just slow down and enunciate more clearly so everyone can grasp your whole concept.

You can get fat on non calorie dense food. We do not all eat 3-5 lbs per day which by the way is a massive variation.

I think we need all of these foods mentioned in moderation. I eat all the food mentioned in the diagram; on both sides of the red line, and have stayed at 126lbs my whole life. I don't eat out as that would make me fat. Oil, avocado, and dairy don't make me fat. Potatoes and oatmeal don't make me fat.
