Arugula aka Rocket should be on this list. It’s got significantly more nitrates than beets. It’s great for performance in the bedroom as well!
Hey man, just a heads up, your face is quite green, pretty sure it's due to a green screen background. Best advice is to separate yourself from the background more, you're just too close so it's reflecting quite strongly. Another option that will help slightly is to bring your magentas up in whatever program you use. Your video editing is good, just the green.. and I know you have a keen eye so I assume it's just because of lack of available options, but just in case. Anyway keep up with the good work.
Also if your green screen just isn't big enough and that's why you have to be close, you can just back up and use a more telephoto lens, I would recommend at least an 85mm lens to help with compression to bring the background closer (not physically, just a trick)
