I usually always have oatmeal with added chocolate protein powder (vegan of course), chia seeds, vanilla yogurt (vegan), and frozen blueberries on top. It tastes soooo delicious and once the blueberries defrost it’s even better! I also occasionally will add PB. 🙃
Hi Brian thanks for sharing many interesting vegan recipes. The ingredients you selected are very well balanced and it has increased my recipes "banks". It would be better if you can follow Dr Harris's vegan principles "if it is man made, don't eat it, if it has no fibers, don't eat it!". Since you have introduced vegan diet, fiber is not an issue but using the man made ingredients which contain chemicals can be avoided. Dr Campbell too has advocated whole food plant-based diet meaning eating as original to the source as possible closer to raw or raw. oats, plant-protein powder, spirulina, chia seeds and/or blended flax seeds, plant milk/yogurt, cinnamon, top with fruits I have at hand with a matcha GT on the side. If I could have bananas it would be anything banana related (being a vegan allergic to bananas is a rough life). 😢
