Guys. lost tons of weight doesn't need to be hard (I used to feel it did). I'll give you some advice right now. Get a popular weight loss system called Okibetonic Secrets (google search it). Thanks to it I have lost lots of weight. I shouldn't even be talking about it cause I do not really want a bunch of other guys out there running the same game but whatever. I am just in a great mood right now so I'll share the wealth lol.

Hi Hannah! I love your meals so much!! Can you show us how to make a rice wrapper roll with vegges in it? Sort of like a sushi roll but without the Nori. It is super expensive here and i thought making vegan sushi without Nori may be more economical. Thank you for all your help!!

It looks amazing! But my basal metabolic rate is 1237 calories (so eating below that is unsatisfying and I’m hungry all the time…:/)
Ughhhh I wish I could eat oat meal I love it but it doesn’t love me. Every time I eat it 30 min later I feel like I’m ready to take a nap or my blood sugar hikes and crashes.
You should Never heat fruits. It looses its nutrients by doing so. U should always eat them raw.
