This looks delicious and I have loved all of your recipes from the books I purchased from you. Sadly, having been diagnosed with Hashimotos and experiencing some severe symptoms from it, there are so many foods I can't eat now, including gluten, peanut butter, non-gf oats, rice, legumes, nightshades, most dairy and much much more. This is nearly impossible to do while being vegan because it leaves nearly nothing to eat – hence I had to add meats back in 🙁

i try the vegan thing but i still eat meet n oily stuff who ever is 100 % vegan i give them credit but when i do eat vegan i dont portions food i eat w.e is vegan some thign are hard to make fro mscratch so i biuy stuff already mad it vegan but i like fresh an an fuit an fozen also

Would be nice if you weighed your food and showed calories. I guestimate your day to be 2300ish cals assuming you ate nothing else. For me, that is about 1000 cals too much. I am still able to eat HCLF and about 6-8 pounds of food a day and stay around 1300-1400 cals a day. Happy and satisfied. More people are like me on the low calorie burn side than higher given sedentary lifestyles and age, health, etc. losing weight on 2300-2500 cals is nearly impossible for the vast majority of people

going vegan does work. I was vegan for almost 2 years and I lost 35lbs. It's awesome and I got off my diabetes medications…but I couldnt handle it…now i'm worse than I was before going vegan. =(
