I love that you don't recommend these super low calorie diets and advocate for eating more good food instead of less bad food.
I've been eating about 1500-1700 calories a day (kind of low but I'm only 5'2 and trying to lose 2 inches off my waist. I started at 26" now I'm 25.25".) For the past month or so as well as working out doing cardio around 5 times a week and weight lifting twice a week and I've lost about 4 pounds and .75 inches off my waist. There was even a whole week I didn't go to the gym and I've still lost a few pounds so no you don't have to eat 1200 calories a day to lose weight even if you are a small female.
Doing this the only things I cut out were animal products. I still eat cake and drink soda on occasion I just keep an eye on my portions and use chronometer to help make sure I'm getting not too many calories and plenty of proteins as I tend to eat tons of carbs and no proteins.
Definitely add the curry powder before the rice so you fry it off first otherwise you may end up with an unpleasant taste
Wow, thank you for these meal plans! I have done the low 1200 cal diets in the past as per my Drs orders but I was on diet pills that suppressed my appetite. As soon as the pill was out of my system I slowly regained 40 of the 60lbs I lost. I am now trying to slowly move over to a plant based diet and it's such a challenge for me but your meal plans look incredibly tasty so I'm looking forward to trying them! I hope you continue sharing your meal plans because they're inspirational, thanks again!

I personally am trying to loose weight and as a vegan who is a very picky eater (and who does not like vegetables much) it's very difficult for me to find recipes that I like, that are nutritious and helpful to weight loss as well so I was wondering if you could do a video on high carb low fat healthy recipes for people who are picky eaters like me!
