Hey! Have you ever tried super firm tofu?? It's basically tofu they pressed most of the water out. It has so much protein like more then extra firm. For a half a block it's about 35 grams. I love to air fry it. I got my sister hooked on it lol. And I tell people if they have trouble being full I dare them to eat a whole block of tofu cause I sure as heck can't I feel like I'm gonna explode haha. Great video!

When I go full-on health meals, I find myself stuck in the kitchen for 2-3 hours so I'm always interested in recipes which are healthy but also don't take quite so long. I suppose it doesn't help that I'm limited to oven-only!
I make a silken tofu mayo too but I add a bit of kala namak in mine, and instead of adding a fat to it I keep it low fat and just add some garlic and onion powder as well as mustard and ACV. I also use it for pretty much everything – as a dip, a spread, a dressing, very versatile ๐

Thanks for the video hench! Iโm 6 ft 5 in my 20s and have been struggling to find foods other than beans and pea protein powder to get my protein uptake up enough to gain and maintain muscle. Iโve been on the verge of being completely plant based (after a failed first attempt of 10 months), stuff like this will help me stay it for good ๐

The chips will be less likely to stick if you microwave them first to dry them out. Cook them directly on the pan at a high heat, and let them get fully seared on the bottom before you make the first flip. Works perfect every time, not a single one will stick, you have my guarantee.
