So, I just made the quinoa pancakes from the recipe you gave. They weren't bad. They clearly didn't taste like regular buttermilk pancakes I'm use to, but I could eat these. I purรฉed a banana and two pitted dates and added that and cinnamon to the batter to make it sweeter. I topped the pancakes off with blueberries and syrupy. I had a problem with the batter sticking to the pan. I tried using coconut oil in the pan and then olive oil. The cakes stuck with both. Has anyone else had that happen? What to do??
