What's your favorite choline-rich food?
Omg just eat eggs lol.
eat meat if you want to be strong. never seen a gold medal winner that was a vegan.
Vegans are deficient in Retinol (Vitamin A). Only animal fat contains Retinol. No plant has it. Good-luck trying to get it through your grass!
Choline is a precursor for TMA. Converted into TMAO by the liver. Strongly associated with atherosclerosis.
Please stop the voice loss at end of sentences
Get to the foods, too long with the medical science.
it was very interesting, i didn't know i had a liver problem, but i found it in your speech the signs of having a liver disease. All signs you have mention is true. thanks for all inspiring words it really helps. Thanks and bless you.
Choline is not healthy for your nervous and cardiovascular system. I dont know where you get your information. Seems you are from another planet. Moreover phosphorus is the important nutrition for you brain, not choline.
I still have brain fog occasionally, so I think I will try a choline supplement. My diet is pretty clean, but I think I mat hay some food allergies
Non vegans can get a lot of choline in just two eggs a day , which equates about half the amount of choline necessary to an adult par day. Personally, getting fresh eggs from a farm, I often use a raw yolk mixed with other foods.
Oh that vocal fry is awful, I can’t listen to her fake voice. Ughhhh
No supplement, but use mushrooms, beans, lentils and quinoa with vegetables a lot.
Oh my goodness, try to stop the vocal fry. It’s hard to listen to and hard on your larynx eventually.
The anticholinergic medication, tolterodine, caused symptoms of dementia. I had to stop driving because I'd get lost in my own town. I couldn't remember words, recall issues, and my speech slurred. Four years later, after multiple doctors, we figured it out. I cannot begin to tell you how many times I was told it was my fault. My muscles were tight and spasmed. My poor liver. They just kept piling on more medications to treat symptoms. I am still trying to recover almost a year after stopping all medications.
Avoid grains and beans. Soy not good either.
ok, vegan brainwashing again.
I tried to take Choline supliments but my blood pressure was lowered even more than it is. Any ideeas?
I do not have mental health condition but they ruined my brain with neuroleptics i had perfect memory certainly functioning for me dr Catherine haye overdosed lied to tribunal.
All water soluble vitamins must be continuously consumed…
1) peanut butter 2) some nuts
3) quinoa
4) mushrooms
Im a vegan but this video is garbage, editing speaking and organisation…
Soy is a terrible choice for Men.
💘
the vocal fry makes this impossible to listen to. aaargh.
Wow, do you really have to draw out every single word when you speak? Very difficult to listen to.
❤❤❤❤
Is that a computer voice?
Supplements are bad for your health…….

I had years of brain fog/anxiety/depression/bloating/insomnia/skin issues/hair loss.

Please give this a try.
So I'm vegan and don't want to gamble with my health, I also study nutrition at uni so I am learning conventional mainstream nutritonal science.
My curiosity is sure there is choline in plant foods (broccoli, quinoa, soy, mushrooms etc), but there is nowhere near enough to get close to even 400mg of choline a day which is still less than the recommended amount for a woman. 43mg from quinoa + 58mg from mushrooms + pinto beans 30mg + peanut butter 11mg + broccoli 31mg + 1 cup of soy milk 57mg + halfa cup of tofu 35mg = 265mg and that's taking into account if you're eating all of those foods every day, it's way under the recommended amount. I'm a guy (2 meters tall, 105kgs, highly athletic), my recommended daily intake is 550mg, though given my size and how under studied choline is I probably need a bit more than 550mg. With 265mg of choline each day (roughly half the daily intake for a guy) on the above foods, shouldn't everyone following a vegan diet also take a choline supplement?
Soy is very unhealthy. Totally GMO saturated. Bad for the thyroid gland.
What an awful voice
Sunflower lecithin in liquid form is great on salads, also available in capsules, highest source of Choline. There is soy Lecithin too but it's from GMO soy unless labeled as USDA Organic soy.
A few farm raised eggs or a little beef liver are the most nutritiously packed food on Earth.
Peanut Butter provides about 11mg of Choline per 2 tbs. that's 188 calories. We need 450mg per day so in order to get that from Peanut Butter we'd need to consume 40.9 servings which comes out to over 7000 calories!
Obviously no one will eat only peanut butter, they'll eat other foods too, but you claim peanut butter is high in Choline. It is very low in Choline in fact.
So far I haven't been able to design a vegan diet that supplies anywhere close to adequate Choline.
