Normally love all your videos but the meals need to be double that size atleast. I know this video is for weight loss which im glad you made clear. But next video Id encourage you remind us to drink lots of water, excersie & keep our portions sizeable =)

the dressing in a separate, non-removable compartment is a huge pain to incorporate with the food. just put it in a separate, smaller container to make it usable. you can even use a silicone baking cup so it's easier to pour over the food.
