I wish I could snatch all this food off the screen. I'm making my grocery list now. First, Singapore noodles. Yummmmmm.
Hi Will! I lived in Singapore for 7 years in the 90's and loved every minute. Can't wait to make your Singapore noodles. You said you would leave a link to the video regarding seasoning a new pan. Just wondering if you could supply that as I would love to see it too π as well as what type of pan you use. Thank you!
The Buddha's Delight sounds good, but what makes me a bit skeptical is that you don't add any ginger or spring onions…seems a bit odd, especially as ginger is so healthy – !
Wow. Three of my favorite dishes: Singapore noodle, Buddhaβs delight, and Mapo dofu. But Iβm finding how theyβre made in San Diego is different than what Iβm used to in Toronto. Though I love your vegan variations.

Broccolini and broccoli raab are not nearly the same thing at gailan/kailan, no? The B. Raab I grew this year tasted more like a mustard. Later (too late in the season) I found gailan seed and it didn't do well, but was like 10 times sweeter than the B. raab I had grown earlier in the season.
Will do you press your tofu?
Dude your vids are so chill they're like therapy
