1)instead of frying vegetables for soup , steam them , that's much better option. 2)paratha is not at all a dietary food or u can just add spinach or methi in dough and make it with less ghee or use cooking olive oil 3)white rice is not at all recommended in weightloss , and if you are in love with rice use brown rice which have complex carbs resulting in less hunger pangs 4)mayonnaise is the worst thing u can eat, it contains lots of calories and sodium leading to weight gain, instead of using it u can make your own tomato sauce at home and use as spread of bread…uhh brown bread with 0% refined flour (maida) and gluten which again leads to weight gain 5)khichdi can be good enough but dalia is much better option apart from these weight loss tips,… recipes are awsm for enjoying your meal on a cheat day

misleading this much sprouts can cause indigestion, mayonise is major source of fat and pranthas and all stuff is weight gaining if eat in wrong proportion
