I was iron deficient all through my animal foods eating life. Every time my blood was tested I was low. A few times I was advised to take iron supplements, which can be toxic. I didn't test with normal iron levels until I switched to being vegan. Later I learned that dairy in particular limits iron absorption. Removing it from my diet seemed to let my body absorb iron properly.
Thousands of innocent vegetables are slaughtered daily to feed ignorant self-righteous vegans whose excessive farting is destroying the ozone layer.

Protein certainly exists in plants but it's bioavailability should be discussed. For example the relatively small amount of protein in peas then only has a 7 to 9% bioavailability to a human. Be vegan! But be aware of the trite information peddled and do appropriate supplementation if needed.

Nooooo! You can’t eat more on a vegan diet. You may be able to eat more on a whole food vegan diet, but not just a plain vegan diet. I gained from vegan dressings. Too much vegan fat, made me gain!

The misinformation in this video is crazy. Carbs are not essential whatsoever. Fiber is not good for your gut or heart there’s no study done on that that correlates it with decrease in heart disease. Also you cannot utilize vitamin d when you have a high blood sugar which is from carbs. And the milk study was cherry picked these individuals led unhealthy lives and drank crazy amounts of milk. Milk is good for you in moderation. A lack of bio available calcium will be very present in a vegan diet. You will will leech it from your bloods and become brittle boned

It's well known that vegans suffer from protein deficiencies at far higher levels than non-vegans. This is a point that shouldn't be just glossed over – humans didn't evolve to be vegan.

Not to be biased, but I dont think a dietitian is credible if they don't recognize the harmful effects of meat and dairy. Glad she explained the dairy bs.

Thank you there are a myriad of what is best to eat or refrain from eating online. I watch many podcasts but have taken my advice mostly from the nutritionist. And I find I have been mostly influenced by how my mother and grandmother, feed me well according to their meager incomes which inspired highly nutritional old fashioned, inexpensive meals. Today many people continue eating some of the most nutritional foods eaten as children with different presentations, and less bad fatty acids.
