    Perfect Vegan Diet.. except avoid max or no Salt, it may hamper the blood vessels and results in Blood Pressure. Instead use more lemons..
    Ideally healthy Sodium should be absorbed by body than Salt … And for that Lemon and Guava are the best sources.
