    Been a Vegetarian my whole life, Never felt any better. I'm 26 right now and I feel, look and move around like I'm 16 🙂
    Everyone should be adventurous enough to try a Vegetarian diet for at least a short period in their lives.

    Maybe people just need to add wild herbs to their diet for protection. I use Japanese Knotweed, Plantain and Nettle. The plant based diet does heal the body. I am Asthma free. But the most nutrition I get is from wild organic herbs from the garden. ♥️

    I'm 74 Years Old n, I have been a Vegan 4 many Years now. Since the Corona Virus Outbreak, I haven't had any Symptoms from the Virus. I've been eating Raw Garlic, Onions, Turmeric, Fruits n, everything that has All the Minerals n, Vitamins needed 2 b Healthy. Still Jogging n other form of Exercise.

    A bit confusing. There's really no "proof" that the vegan lifestyle saved her. We could put any long-time Keto lifestyle patient into this clip and they could claim that Keto saved them. I mean, c'mon, seriously. So, when there's PROOF, then we can can perk up and pay attention – and we should. That said, I'm so glad she is recovering. Every life matters!

    Pesticide/ herbicide-free non-processed vegan diet works. Low nitrogen waste in the blood, low cytokine storm, therefore survival. Beyond Meat with fake hemoglobin will kill you.

    I loved to be on Mother Nature food… I do grow my on vegetables… I’m 60 years old and been so good energy all day doing everything on my yard… I do men’s work and my husband who doesn’t want me to help him is so seek and takes heart medication for doing bad habits process foods, alcohol ( he’s English) so, it is very hard to see him destroying himself

    Amen! Adam and Eve were also vegans because God gave them everything they needed in the garden. Before the covid 19 hit, I started a diet called “Prevent and Reverse”. A Cardiologist is the one who created it. He has actually been healing his heart patients with nothing but a plant based diet without the need of medications or surgery. The amazon fires were started strictly for cattle grazing. We don’t need to be eating any meat at all. Personally, I add chia seeds and hemp hearts to almost everything I eat for the added protein. Knowledge = Power
