    Yes, we do need sources of collagen. These vegan sources you're listing are boosters, they do not add collagen and never will. They just boost what you already have in your body. To have in your thumbnail that "we don't need collagen" is extremely misleading and I encourage anyone here that is unsure of how important real collagen is to our diet..research it instead of listening to this guy. I'm begging you. It's ridiculous

    Love your videos!! My daughter appears to be celiac and we eat plant based so I was looking to maybe buy some plant based collagen but you made a big point on vitamin c and she does not eat much for fruit so I'll get right on that!!

    This video came at a great time for me. I am fairly new to PBWF eating. I had Covid and as a result my hair was drastically falling out, my nails were crumbling and my skin was breaking out. I had part of a container of collagen left so out of my desperation to keep what little hair I had left I started taking the collagen every day until it ran out. I realized being an animal based product it contradicted my new lifestyle and I wondered what to do. Thank you for this information. It was just what I needed.

    Also tip, put on sunscreen on daily basis. Not just when you plan to spend some time by the sea. :)) You expose your face to the sun everyday. Doesn't matter if it's winter or summer.

I've finally kicked the sugar and refined carbs to the curb and made many other positive changes. I've learned the hard way that a vegan diet does not necessarily have to be healthy… ooops! 🙂

    Love your videos! Absolutely L*o*v*e them! Not sure how to say this without stepping on toes… I cannot listen to someone talking while music is playing – it is very annoying to me – please, please cut the music when you are speaking. Your voice and content are superb, not sure why everyone feels like they got to talk over music to keep people's attention. I would like to simply my life, not make it more stressful. The added music makes it harder to listen, to filter out the extra noise (music) and concenrate on what you are saying to me, which is what I would like to do. 🙂

    I'm so glad you mention that collagen breaks down in digestion. I had a few family members buy collagen containing substances and my wife and I pointed out this was a silly waste of money and they were better off changing their diet.
