    I'll just add this little bit: if you keep feeling shitty on a healthy diet – look into other things. For example one of very ignored problems today is heavy metal toxicity. Hair mineral analysis and chelation – key words for researching this topic.

    I am very sorry to say, I question this ladies knowledge on nutrition, so much was just plain wrong, I could write an essay but it would take too much time. So here is a bit go a rant. There is so much evidence for plant based diets being superior and people on them living longer with out disease, no need to search for protein its in every thing, and all of us are eating TWICE what we need, yes even us vegans. Protein is not a health food, eating too much is bad for you. Protein is not a food ! I am sick of hearing people describing it as such, its in every thing as a complete protein except gelatine. If you want to worry about children's nutrition, just pop down to any school and look at how fat and out of shape children are today, and mostly they are not vegan, its the meat and dairy that is killing us, pure and simple.
    Do however worry about if you are eating enough roughage.
    Worry you are eating any cholesterol and reduce you saturated fat down to a very low level. Your body makes all the cholesterol it needs so no need to eat it, its only found in animal products.
    Also worry you are eating animal protein and heme iron, plant protein and iron is healthier, animal source is not, look it up.

    B12 is the only nutrient in the human diet that simply must come from animal products. The best source of B12 is meat, including both red and white meat, fish, and seafood. Eggs and milk have some B12 as well. Plants and fungi, however, haveno need for B12 and therefore do not contain any of it. B12 Deficiency in the vegan diet proves we are meant to eat meat.
