    The thing with following a meal plan is that you don’t get the foods you like to eat that are high protein, it’s the person who makes the plan favourite healthy foods. Definitely think it’s a-lot better to teach someone than to do it for them always.

    Super helpful to understand that it is not about protein…it's the calorie deficit. Thank you for the breakdown on BMR etc.. it is science, but it is information that isn't beyond understanding for the "normal person." I am one of those people who needs to know the mechanics of everything and overthink the wind. I also love to make things harder than they actually are. Good to know I am not alone. For a million different excuses I signed up for the Butt Camp and did not start at the start to win the $$. I also thought I would calculate my own macros. Ha! I appreciate the podcasts, which I am new to, because I like to learn and I really want this to be the start of my journey back to health and a banging bod.. First course of action was to trust the system ie. you. Very difficult for me & my personality. Engaging in the Booty Camp I see a shift leading to a transformation in the way I operate in other areas of my life. I think it is important for people to incorporate all of the resources that are available to stay engaged. hum..I think I need a Samsung watch now. Good tid bit. Yeah..I need a tracker!
