That stomach diagram is useless. Feeling satiated is based on quality NOT volume. Fat keeps most people full the longest. An enormous salad may make you full as you are eating, but it digests very quickly and you will be hungry again soon! Some people need a lot of fat, not everyone is the same so viewers should use caution and please don’t be afraid of fat. 🌸
Just like you, I am 5'2.75 in height and my weight plateaus at 127 lbs even with a high activity level. And because my nutrition attributes to my weight loss progress, this year, I am on a vegan journey to shed these last 20+ lbs of excess for energy and endurance potential. So far, I am only in week 1 but I have noticed considerable differences in how I feel. I am looking forward to these next few weeks.

on a plant-based diet, Veganism is not a diet.
Oil is a refined food removed from it's source and it lacks fiber, etc. That is why it is unhealthy and has the most amount of calories of any food.

I wish that worked for me, but I still overeat carbs like potatoes, so I have to count calories. I went on the starch solution for 3 weeks while doing the 21 day fix and literally stayed the exact same weight after 3 weeks. More toned though. Calorie deficit until my goal weight is good for me, otherwise I'm good with maintenance.
This is pretty much my diet but despite eating a huge volume of food I'm always hungry. Maybe cos all I'm doing is making poop.😐 Oh well. Not like being chubs is a crime.
