Thanks for the video, I had a yoga instructor who came to my house to help me work on my yoga, she was also a personal trainer, it was interesting that the exercises that she had me do were a lot of the same exercises that you do. Do you ever find out it is a balancing act between yoga and strength training? The strength training shortens your muscle, and the yoga lengthens your muscle. I was working on my middle split, and I had to forgo the strength training so I could lengthen my muscles so I could get my middle split. Once I got my middle split, I slowly incorporated the strength training. She was also Vegan and taught me a lot about diet/lifestyle. I am still not completely raw yet, but I am learning more about it.
