Your mother gave you that look? After obviously not seeing you for awhile? Wow!

Thank you for putting together such a thoughtful and meaningful video. It surely has impacted the lives of at least 1,178,783 lives including my own. 🙂
What a classy lovely lady you are! 🌹
Thank you Dominque for your many wonderful videos & wisdom. Could I add in my $.02?! For better sleep, I want to encourage all my fellow elders to avoid chemical remedies such as HRT which has been linked to cancer. Instead, try some truly organic approaches. Here is what has worked for me, in case it helps others:
1- long hot shower just before bedtime;
2- getting into bed: lineup a calm, guided meditation podcast (Thich Nhat Hanh guided meditation = 5 stars);
3- make sure your feet are set up for a warm stretch of sleep – wool socks, or throw a down vest around your feet.
4- as you get settled in bed, listen to a calm meditation, and start to fall asleep, send thanks to yourself for a very good day; send thanks to yourself for a good night's sleep ahead; send thanks to the universe for watching over you. Breathe deep and good night! This is a practice that really works. Believe in it and try it out.
Thank you Dominique I needed this. YOu are my ANGEL
Thank you! ❤️
Could possibly be one of the nicest person in the 🌎 ✨
I just started watching you and I love your show. It’s a real blessing to know that you have been through so much and have come out on the other side with so much to give. I’m 66 and need to make some serious changes in all aspects of my life, thank you for the confidence that I’ve been lacking and am slowly gaining back to begin this new journey!
What a wonderful video. I’m 58, recent radical hysterectomy for stage 1 uterine cancer. I’m thankfully cancer free but I am way to heavy. I’m fully engaging now in hrt and back working out and now to getting go my food in order. You are such an inspiration.

I binge you! Much love beautiful I’m 46 and understand these struggles! I’m currently an ex fitness competitor and ohhhh boy I struggle eating the fats, dairy, gluten and processed! I’m having to keep working through the new hormonal imbalancing act!
The happiness you showed immediately you talked about your pregnancy. Love it

Are u on hormone replacement? If so what kind ?
Amazing video, thank you so much for sharing. I have problems with my weight especially since the menopause, in my case I was 40 when this happened. A few years later I lost my Dad who was my best friend. I nursed him with cancer and I was raising my two sons on my own. My world fell apart when my father died, I'd lost my mother suddenly when I was 20 so dad was the one who was there for me when my marriage came to an end and when I lost my baby son. I've never really thought about my poor decisions around food being something connected to my emotions. Sadly now I am disabled with osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, osteopania, collapsed spinal discs, sciatica and spondylosis. I have difficulty with walking and all my joints are affected by the osteoarthritis. I can't even slice salad or fruit without my hands swelling and causing severe pain. Due to a family history of breast cancer I can't have hrt so that's a no go too just like the gym. One thing I can do though is try and look into and work on my emotional eating habits. I live in England and there doesn't seem to be the help with emotional eating but we are very lucky to have our wonderful NHS. I have subscribed to your YouTube channel and I am in the process of enjoying your past videos. Once again thank you because I am learning so much. Stay safe 🌹🇬🇧🌹
You are beautiful & a sweetheart
Thank you
