Fantastic to hear this. I developed fibromyalgia after having cancer in 2011 ago and my symptoms drastically eased when I went vegan a few years ago. Converted for the animals but love the bonus health benefits!
My herpes virus was eliminated with the help of DR AJAKAJA powerful natural herbal remedies .you can visit his YouTube channel for any type of treatment.treatment like HPV HIV Fibromyalgia..
I'm gunna try it, at this point I'll try anything 🥺
My mom has it and struggled to find good doctors I now have it and her struggle helped make things easier for me. I’ve mostly heard of some type of hormone deficiency being the most common cause that’s mine
It has helped me … Fasting and juicing helped the most
Hmmmm. Could it be animal gunk in the body? #nobrainer
Clearly your worst pun (Fi – bro – my – algae). Is anyone really listening?
I was diagnosed with fibro years ago. I also have IBS. Fibro is like having every nerve on your body ache and burn, and you often have chronic fatigue as well going along with it. You're constantly in low level pain. It's also hard to sleep like that, so sleep quality suffers. Now days it only flares up if my IBS gets really bad, so controlling my IBS helps a great deal. I found acupuncture helped a great deal with some of the worst symptoms (hormone imbalances, cold hands and feet, etc.). CBD was also useful early on.
The Standard American Diet is about the worst thing you can eat with fibromyalgia, just about any of the fad diets out there is better. But the main thing you have to do with fibromyalgia is less stress and improve your overall health and don't remain sedentary. You have to work through the pain. Walking and yoga help alot.
All thanks to Dr Susan Oduwa effective herbs on youtube, there is a complete cure for HSV 1 & 2 Here is her YouTube I found relief for hsv which I ordered from Dr Susan Oduwa ……
Thank you for Sharing all this info !! ❤
when I went vegan 5 1/2 years ago it was for the animals and environment, I was not even setting out to treat my fibromyalgia. but within about 3 months after changing my diet in this way my quality of life improved drastically and the chronic pain I thought I would be stuck with forever was practically all gone. since this time where I would wake up some days and not be able to move my joints and get out of bed, and going through acupuncture, chiropractors, physical therapy, etc. and finally being prescribed pain killers indefinitely, I can say that going vegan has changed my life in ways I am infinitely grateful for and could never have imagined. I’ve become passionate about competing in triathlons and hiking since then and truly feel that going vegan saved my life
Take your B12 supplements (fortified cereal at least) nerve damage will not help 🙁
Also, be careful with raw diet if you have IBS, cooked foods are easier to digest, even cave people made cooked foods over the fire 🔥
Great video as usual! Thank you 😊
Question for my fellow FMS/CFS/ME peeps: How do you have enough energy to prep vegan food? I can do simple stuff for a few days (literally microwave steam veggie bags and open canned beans) but then I have to have at least one rest day where I’m in bed most of the day. I used to be able to make salads and cook dried beans from scratch, but the fatigue is just killing me. I usually make enough for at least one more meal when I cook pasta dishes, 3-4 meals when I cook rice, and that helps, but 🤷♀️. So tired, so tired.
Given the video from a few days ago about plastics in animal feed as well as things like antibiotics and GMOs in animal feed, I’d like to see them test different vegetarian diets:
1. Wild oily fish, no dairy, no eggs;
2. Farmed oily fish, no dairy, no eggs;
3 (a & b): Pastured, organic eggs, no dairy, with and without wild oily fish;
4 (a & b): Pastured, organic dairy, no eggs, with and without oily fish;
5 (a & b): Pastured, organic eggs and dairy, with and without wild oily fish.
Maybe separating out most of the chemicals from the diet will have a bigger impact than is currently admitted.
The worst diet you could possibly do for fibro. steer clear from vegan propaganda if you value your health
I've had ME and Fibromyalgia since 1985. I was unable to work and was bed bound for a time. Since becoming vegan about five years ago I've had far less pain and far more energy.
I did it for the animals so the improvement was unexpected and very welcome!
I developed fibromyalgia in 2013. Was vegan then and still vegan now. Been vegan 16 years. If anything I think my fibromyalgia has gotten worse as I get older (I personally think it's the aging process worsening it) I don't eat a whole foods plant based diet so that's probably why I have no improvement in pain issues.
Thanks, I began vegetarian 1 month ago and I enjoy it.
I’ve been vegan for about a year and it’s def a forever lifestyle, but I can’t figure out if I have RA or fibromyalgia…I’m still in pain 🥺
I have fibromyalgia. Switching to a plan-based diet from vegetarian helped a lot with the "walking through treacle" feeling
Very interesting. My mother in law had this in her arms a few years ago. Liw and behold, she got over it but funnily enough she got breasy cancer soon after!!!! I had heard somewhere that any kind of illness whereby your immune system is significantly lowered cancer can take off!! So in short, if it's not trauma related you need to make sure your immune system is always at optimum levels.
She eats a crap diet and refuses to even be a vegetarian and on pills for her blood pressure, over weight. Very secretive woman so goodness knows what other pills she is taking.
Vegan for life me now. Nearly 4 years. Although I must tell everyone that my B12 was so called normal but I've had to switch to sublingual B12 because my MCV levels were out of whack (had a blood test to check). Soon as i switched to sublingual, I came into range. After following Dr Brooke Goldners protocol recently. I have also reversed hypothyroidism. Check her out Mick. Brooke us mentioned in a chapter of Dr Gemma Newman book too.
