Lovely meals. When I saw "savory pancakes" in the title, I immediately had to watch. One question – is the corn flour a cornstarch then? Love the cross-reference of words. We say green onions or scallions, but spring onions sounds delightful. You had an interesting breakfast of those crispy potatoes with the tomatoes and mushrooms (great idea). Love your videos.

Lots of my favourite vegetables. I love cauliflower (we had a cauliflower curry today). They are on offer for 39p in Aldi and Tesco at the moment. I bought 2 large ones. Thank you for sharing your recipes.

These recipes look delicious, but the lack of healthy fats is crazy to me after following the Mediterranean diet – intentionally adding healthy fats to each meal.

It all looks so good and nourishing. I might add a handful of frozen chopped greens, like kale, to that last one, but the cauliflower is the star there. Makes it fill the gut with nourishing bulk. I'm trying to pay attention to that so I can lower the calorie density of my meals. Great meals.
