The Lentil House flavoring simple vegan dishes

Sharlay Smith spent decades in the classroom molding young minds.  At one point, she decided to take a leap of faith when she noticed lentils, her favorite snack, weren’t sold in stores around her.  With the support of the Empowered Kitchen, she created and marketed a variety of flavors that can be found in stores around the country.  Three are award winners and all can be ingested as a snack or incorporated into menu items to enhance flavors.  Rance only knew lentil soup and had no idea of the health benefits of this vegan treat.  He was intrigued and impressed with the creations from The Lentil House.
