First off, thank you as per usual for the great work! Secondly, I wonder how so many people say that overeating dairy or meant based protein raises inflammatory values in your body yet the studies you pointed out do not show any indication on that. Maybe that could be a future video?
Amazing video Jeff. Btw, you have got a lot of Muslim followers, Can you make one nutritional and training schedule video for Ramadan?
Much appreciated!
Youβve outdone yourself on this one THIS IS PUT TOGETHER AND PRESENTED VERY WELL ..I REALLY ENJOYED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PRESENTATION, LOVED THE VISUALS AND WELL PUT TOGETHER INFORMATION
the beginning haha
The combination of quality research and video editing is the reason I keep coming back to your channel ^_^ Keep up the amazing work. Love the no bs, just facts. Even if I don't work out all that much, I love to get my facts straight and I know where to turn to find out the why's how's and what's! Thanks, man!
Probably one of the most informative videos on YouTube. Thank u so much for this
Idk about you guys but I 100% trust anything that comes out of Jeffs mouth
Just curious, why do americans use pound for bodyweight but grams for protein? I mean.. it's kinda inconsistent
Thanks Jeff. Love your contents. Quick question about protein – should I count the protein from sources like rice or bread towards my total daily protein intake? How much protein should I aim to get from βgoodβ protein sources like whey or chicken vs. inferior sources like rice or oats?
Definitely worth taking notes here!
Hey Jeff know you're a busy guy but I'm having some problems and honestly help from anyone would be great. I just had hip decompression surgery and major labrum repair 6 weeks ago at 28 years old. I've been down for the count for awhile after being at the gym pretty much every day following your routines and advice for a year or so. I made an amazing body recomposition and felt/looked better than ever. However am a bit distraught at the moment. My question is, now that I can start making it to the gym again and with my destroyed hip in mind, what would be recommended to strengthen my legs/body and speed recovery? Any help would be great as this has been and continues to be a tough road to walk. God bless.
lol … i like that sneak in at the end "sumo isn't cheating"
Great video thanks Jeff.
Can anyone comment on the real upside of protein ? Trying to understand why prison inmates or some people at the gym who donβt adhere to protein goal still manage to grow muscle or hit powerlifting goals
Would we say protein upside is 20/30% benefit along with training ?
Okay this is very high quality contentππΏwow just Wow
I take 500 grams of protein 3x a day
Strongerbyscience did an examination of leucine a while back and found that in higher concentrations it significantly increased muscle mass. Those gains were countered by taking bcaas
I hate trying to count my macros.
Appreciate your hard work man. Thank you.
Great π₯
Jeff nippard supremacy
Sumo is cheating lol
Best video on protein info so far, of any channel. Thanks
Thank you for this video!!! ππ
Is it ok to have 100g of protein in a short time frame? I wake up at 3am and have a 20g protein yoghurt, banana, coffee and creatine. Go to gym and then at 5am Iβll have oatmeal with 20g of protein and shake with 600ml of milk and 2 scoops totalling 60g of protein. Thatβs 100g in a 2hr time frame.
