Guys, burn fat doesn't have to be difficult (I used to think it did). I'll give you some advice right now. Look for a diet plan called Okibetonic Secrets. Seriously, that course has transformed my entire life. I probably should not even be mentioning it because I don't want a bunch of other folks out there running the same "game" but whatever, I am in a good mood today so I will share the wealth haha.

My work buddy laughed when I told them I was planning to lose fat with just implementing Fenoboci Diet Plan, but after I showed them incredible results after I used it they're begging me to tell them about it. Of course I won't let them know the detail about this diet plan, hahaha

Please,I would like to become a bikini competitor and I train at thr gym every day for hour and a half. I am 18 and I am vegan…but my coach at the fitness makes me eat 5 small meals a day,but I have lits of exams and I have no time to prepare boxes,to cook my food. You look amazing and you are my body motivator. My coach says that I have to eat lits of white eggs,no yolks,no tomatoes,fruits and so on…And now I eat regularly fish…and I am not a vegan…so…I would like to ask you what do you eat,how do you prepare for competitions and as a whole what your diet is?

Instead of eating smaller smoothies could I just eat a big breakfast, lunch, and dinner? I go to school and for 8 hours during the day and can't bring my smoothies.

can you help me with meal planning and training? I don't know if I can ever compete, because I have performance anxiety. I would like to look like I could compete. I'm 62 inches at 114 currently. I was on raw til 4 the past year but I've gained about 5 lbs during the winter months. I'm an avid runner, log at least 4 miles once a day, every day and I lift at the gym.

Not sure if you're sucking in on purpose but that mid drift/ribs do not look very healthy :s I'm just hoping it's the angle or something – end of the video concerned me. Hoping you don't stick to a liquid diet often.. it messes up the intestinal tracks ability to process whole foods etc in the longer run. Sorry for this, i just feel concerned for the most part.
Hi Jenni, do you always consume so few calories? I have counted your all day food intake was not more than 2000 calories. I am not too sure about your oatmeal, but there was very few bananas… Hope you don't take it on the wrong way, I am just curious… Thanks a lot

I am really interested on how much of carbs, calories, and protein yourr consuming? All looked delicious =) It'd be nice to see what you eat if you were to plan all your meals ahead of time (including greens) Good luck and please keep on posting what you eat for all of your meals on high car and low fat days. Hi banana lover 🙂 – no greens? Is this exceptional for you? Will look at other videos. Besides loving greens, I want to have them because of iron & calcium content. Zinc? Watermelon would be a great addition too… Just writing my first impressions.
+Elise Monson can't reply to your comment and never understand why that happens (SMH) lol but no I did not eat vegetables because I've been having a digestive issue and the doctors don't want me to eat vegetables yet. If you follow me on IG it's related to my recent ER trips and health challenges that have been going on the last 2 weeks… very frustrating but non-diet related 🙂
