This looks amazing! I seem to have missed it, are the grated potato pieces raw or had they been cooked too? I bet the French’s crispy fried onions that are used in a greenbean casserole at Thanksgiving would be great added on top when serving just for some extra crunch texture too. As with the bacon bits, I could eat the fried onions by the handful too. I cannot wait to make this! Your recipes are inspiring, thank you.
