you should react to neisha loves it what i eat in a day!
Hannah is a total bore!
If for you someone problem is not real it doesn't mean that for this person is not…
Can you do a video on Morgan rose moroney?
Why don’t you like nutritional yeast? ✌🏻
I learnt that POM stands for Prisoner Of her Majesty so it’s the original Aussies not the Brits! 😂
“Lot of biased scientific activity going on out there.”
Sure is. Like people pushing a certain vaccine that doesn’t work.
So is the meat “vegan” meat then?
im 14 minutes in and havent seen a single piece of fruit
I just don’t get the point of Hannah’s video? It’s a WIEIAD, but she’s not actually explaining most of the foods or recipes she has. It’s just her waxing poetic about generic, recycled “self-love” clichés while flexing her privileged, metropolitan life.
“No restriction”
*Cooks like 2 tbsp of chickpeas and puts it on a tiny sliver of bread.
Okay, then. 🙄
17:18 IM DEAD
I think that’s vegan bacon and mushrooms, she definitely is plant based
I’d like to hear you review Deliciously Ella’s stuff as she is massive plant based advocate in England and I currently follow her meal plans.
it's so disappointing that she tried to censor you! hannah has a lot of potential with her platform, i think it's great that she's plant based and i think her videos appeal to how the average viewer is more likely to eat, but she could take it to the next level if she spoke about the animals and didn't have the same fear around fruit that even so many plant based and vegan people seem to have. i know part of her brand is fitness and so many people fall for the lie that fruit sugar is unhealthy and makes you fat, i think she'd do great at disproving that
So much mock meats (and i also eat them once every 2-4 weeks) but they are not healthy at all, they (if made from isolated soy/pea/whatever protein) raise IGF1 just as much as real meat does and thus drive up cancergrowth and grow bloodvessels to support these cancers.
That cheese looks like the violife brand
Omg she ate that fake bacon for every meal, and tofu and miso, in her last meal, soya overload.
Tragically sounding serious voice… sad music in the background… and … "my thighs weren't fitting in my jeans" … 🤣😂😂 seriously ?? First world problems much… lol
I found her meals to be all but digestible … and she made videos on healing the gut. What do you think?
She’s similar to Caroline deisler who also wears actual animal skin and then pretends to be vegan. She may be plant based but not vegan. People who misuse the word vegan disgust me. Once a vegan, always a vegan
just by how the "bacon" and "cheese" look i know they were plant based… but i dont agree with the diet she is promoting…its just blah and gives an excuse to say its "self love". I dont see it
Even when I am in a cut I eat double as much as her! I aim for 80/10/10 always, it is so easy and delicious 😋 eating that little would make me extremely hangry all the time.
I find it interesting when I search her name, Abby Sharpe videos also come up……
also, tea is very cultural in the uk!
I think that might be veggie bacon
do a video of Gillian Barry she's a Canadian raw vegan and shows how to be raw vegan in a climate were fresh fruit doesn't grow all year round.
Looked like veggie bacon?!
I actually struggled a bit trying to watch this. I find that woman seriously annoying. The tone is so woke/love yourself/fake positive. Saying what she thinks people want to hear. I find her as fake as that gross looking fakon.
What I will say though is that I’m glad people like her exist. Superficial, shallow and consumerist – and plant based. We need all kinds of people to promote the message. She might inspire some impressionable young girls to go plant based as part of the rich influencer lifestyle
I can't understand why she would be upset that the original QUEEN of YouTube vegan content bothered to review her video and basically promote her! I'm 40 so maybe I have more YouTube viewing under my belt than her, but do your research Hannah!
I see freelee video l, I click
What is your heritage?
Didn't notice anything about Chemically free Organic food either!!! Also read the book "Wheat Belly"!!!
I love your content Freelee, but with the coffee thing, I only drink it because I like the taste and often drink decaf! I don't get some sort of 'hit' from it at all so drink both caf and decaf. I just love the taste is all.
I think Hannah is type of girl who can eat vegan and being pretty girl in same time like alot of influencer doing. I think it great for us because u want to look good and feel good. MANICURE isn't bad thing it called fashion that make u look more attractive. Pls dont being like im vegan im so nature. Just look up yourself and u can eat vegan and being pretty girl at same time ok!?
Had a look at her channel and it's very body and ego based. a tonne of thumbnails showing 'slim to thin' pics. Not the best influence or empowerment of women in general! she just see's herself as an object to be idolised. Too shallow for me.
You’re correct Freelee, but you should do your research better, it’s not actual bacon, it’s the nasty alternative
Im new here.
My husband is vegan, and right now Im vegetarian.
I have a rare genetic connective tissue condition which along with a number of other symptoms causes malabsorption issues. I tried to be vegan (for 2 years) but though I certainly wasn’t trying to) I lost even more weight and I’m underweight and have basically always been.
Im very interested in attempting to be vegan again and I’m also very interested in trying to heal my digestive issues through this vegan way of eating.
I have a few questions.
(Freelee, if I’m lucky enough to have you read this please can you give me advice?)
If not can anyone here help?
Has any one got experience with successfully healing conditions like malabsorption/Gastroparesis or the like? (I’m also celiac)
Is this diet possible for some one like me?
My last question is for my husband. As i said he is already vegan but is at the moment sceptical about a fruit based, hight carb vegan diet for him self also because he is a weight lifter. He uses a lot of vegan protein powders, tofu, peanut butters etc and is still believing that lack of protein especially for weight lifting, would be a problem.
Are there any men here who weight train on this diet successfully?
Can any one refer me to any of Freelee’s past videos about any of my questions?
Thank you. ☺️
Lol Freelee's like "Oh you dont like to be reviewed? In that case… Let me review you Again!!😈😂 And this is why I love Freelee!!💜
Quitting thc again.. started a couple months ago again, thought I could do it only once an a while again, was wrong.. my diet suffered but I stayed vegan of course. But I always think about what u say and it helps me quit again, even if it takes a few mess up you help me stay sober too. Honestly thanku
Yes can you please make a video on how your period symptoms changed.
that chickpea thing looked so dry on the bread
Love you freelee thanks for all the information even about the cooked high fat vegan food, which will never give you substantial results! 🙏🏼
The bacon looks odd. I think it may be Morningstar Farms which isn't plant based (egg whites).
Ever since I cut out plastic I've had no choice but to give up make up, hair care etc. I look like a mess and I love it hahaha. I mean I guess I could do with a natural moisturiser as I'm dry as lol
it's good that she is plant based, but with amount of highly processed/oily foods she eats, it's not a healthy example for her audiance. It's also not realistic to show herself eating so much vegan junk food in a week and pretend you can stay fit and healthy or loose any weight eating that way… Maybe it was a special week as they ate out a lot… But I find it misleading and also her speach about how her relationship with food being healthy now doesn't really sounds genuine to me, but I could be wrong… IMO If you really have a healthy relationship with food, you should understand that food is meant to sustain you and provide your body with nutrients and energy.. And a lot of what she ate didn't really align with that, even though , there was some vegetables here and there, so it could have been worst I guess. I know some parts of the UK don't have the best fresh produce available all year around but still… she's got a car to get around im sure she can access all she needs or pay to have fresh produces delivered…
Freelee!! You are my biggest inspiration. You have changed my life. I really hope you either do a retreat or a meet up one day so I can thank you in person ♥️
You're giving her free advice and free advertisement. You are VERY loving! Wow.
Also loved the muzzle comment, I refuse to participate in the World wide submissive BSDM game with ththe government no thank you!
I know when I was eating facon bacon I did not have energy. Main the ingredients in the facon bacon is like:
"natural flavours" (which is usually beaver anall secretion glands, or yeast or mold), oil, & table salt(which is bleached sand, glass and salt combined) these are not human frugivore foods….
I like my food to not have an ingredient list. Straight from mama nature is best…
