Unfortunately most meat eaters need to understand that they need to not eat meat for 1 year to get the health benefits of being vegan your body has to detox the inflammation from eating flesh.

Yeah i've noticed that both perspectives are skewed and give certain false information, but there's more misinformation on the vegan side as far as i've seen and honestly i think this is not neccesary.

Aren’t humans, and always have been OMNIVORES? Dependeing on both animalisic products and plant based products alike. Neither carnivores or Herbivores. Correct?

As an autistic I tried vegan, raw fruitarian and they were all great experiences, but since I am on mostly plantbased keto, eating little fish, organic butter and completely avoid gluten (also lactose as lactose intolerant), my acne disappeared in 2 weeks, and now I know what I was missing when I was on raw fruit-veggie smoothies (which was great to help me have less and fast), so I was missing the fat, specially having found out being an ovarian type fat seems to be very good for me. As much as I would like if everyvone could be vegan or even better breatharian (which is possible theoretically for anyone), I had to realise in my own experience that veganism, fruitarianism is not for everyone, still what I see that highly plantbased, low or zero carb(wheat, rice, potato, corn) is beneficial for most of the people, also include fasting and realising that you dont need to eat much to stay healthy. Avoid processed sugar, alcohol.

Would be great if people would not just think about themselves but also ask the question "what's best for the animals" : )

I did keto for years, just recently I decided to try a whole food plant based diet. I did it for 6 months. I gained 10 pounds, was bloated and had tons of gas, was on the toilet all morning, was way too much. I switched back to keto with IF, and I feel much better.

The problem with this is that vegan diets are beneficial in the short term. Long term, not so much..

Hi, I know I’m kind of late on watching this video regardless thanks great information. I wanted to know if you already or will you ever do a video on plant based meats. I tried finding it on your channel, but couldn’t find anything pertaining to this topic. I am vegan and do my best to eat organic, but I also eat a great deal of the plant based alternatives that aren’t organic, but have organic ingredients (Gardines) 🤷🏻‍♂️ I just wanted to know your prospective on that kind of diet. Thank you.

I'm a vegan and I stopped eating animals for health reasons. I am now countinue to be vegan for moral reasons. I can never go back to being on with eating animals again. I'm not doing a vegan low carb diet with IF. I feel so good! God bless you all on your health journey!

Just wanna say veganism isn't just a diet, it involves ethics. Vegans understand that animal fat is not all bad health wise, but ethically it is. That is WHEN you have every access to alternatives.

This is excellent advice. Keto worked for me for a while, but I changed to vegan and it is much better for me. It also seems that vegan is much better long term.
