Um well, i started my recovery today.
I got sent to the hospital from failing hart because of eating too low calorie and too high workout, I have got better and my calories used to be 1000 now I take in about 2500 and eat like every 2 hours because that’s what the doctors told me to do
Anorexia food is better than this
Cried over a rice, salad and fish breakfast I had.

watching this because todays a bad day for me. i had a big breakfast which is normal for me but nothing looks good to me anymore, so i almost couldnt bring myself to eat. this video inspired me to have lunch. im working on letting myself have things that i dont consider healthy, but today all i could have was vegetables for lunch. still, im glad i ate. thats something i never thought id say.
2500 vegan calories! Thats so much food. Did you start with 2500 cal vegan or did you start off with a lesser amount and get yourself to the recommended 2000+ calories? I struggle to eat more than 1200, i just dont have the appetite.
