i am also a raw vegan, but i eat way much less than you , i think your meals are too big, for breakfast i eat a fruit salad that consists of one apple, two bananas and one tangerine , my second meal is 500 gramm of apricot , the third meal is 500-600 gramm of raw cauliflower or it might be sprouted seeds of black cesam with parsley or cilantro or both with one head of garlic , i rarely eat mango and avocado because in Kazakhstan they are expensive and thus not affordable for me to eat them every day, i also drink extra virgin raw linseed oil as a great source of Omega 3 and 9 fatty accids
Vitamin b12 is an “environmental nutrient not found in food” HAHAHAHAHA, it is made by bacteria in the gut flora of ANIMALS, that’s why we must EAT THOSE ANIMALS to get b12. Silly, silly vegans.
I'm vegan, mostly raw vegan in summers but I'm 60 years old so I require less calories. As to your dinner salad and fruit meal, I estimate that alone to cost at least $12.00 if shopping at ordinary local grocery store for those items. If I have 5 Roma tomatoes, I eat one a day., two at most. At approximately $17 for your entire day's meals, that would average to approximately $500 per month for food for one person. $350 per month is the national average for one person. Do you have some money saving tips for how to manage this diet more frugally for those who might have a family, especially small children, and need to save money?
And so do you remove the seeds as well off the watermelon or just eat it the way it is? I need help, I am an unhealthy vegan, this year I want to live like a hermit (people can be quite draining at times) and focus on exercising and raw veganism. My dieticians have told me in the past that eating too much fruit can be unhealthy due to the fact it contains too much fruit sugar and it can lead to obesity what does anyone on here think?
