    Yes tofurkey sandwiches! I put garlic hummus on one slice of bread and spicy deli mustard on the other side. I use the peppered slices, onion slices, massaged kale, jalapeños and some tomato……SO GOOD!

    Wow! You are really inspiring me I want to loose weight and get lazy in the winter and I love just hanging out with you like we are talking and all your advice is very helpful! I need to do some stuff at home and get out for a walk or run I’m recovering from a foot injury so it’s a bummer! But yoga and Pilates is calling me👍😊

    I just recently found your channel and I’ve been loving your videos – just subscribed! I just turned 20, I’ve been vegan for over 5 years now & As a college student, I really appreciate all of your what I eat in a day videos for recipe ideas as well as all of your grocery haul videos where you show all of the “new” vegan items at different stores! I will continue to be an avid watcher & I have been encouraged to buy those everything bagel chips as well some mandarins to snack on!

    Over here my gym is open because it’s a one on one personal trainer system. I feel much safer there than at the supermarket! My trainer really has her place spotless and it’s cleaned everything between clients. I was missing lifting weights SO much , I love it! Also, I’m always on top of my nutrition so I’m able to get and see the gains I work so hard for. That’s why I love your videos 🙂 I eat some foods through your videos, since I can’t have them or otherwise I’ll see my progress slow down. Now I’m at a phase when I have to make myself to stop tracking because it was becoming an obsession and stress is also not good for us, am I right?! Now I’m on the right path just need to get comfortable with not tracking and not weighing myself everyday. It’s a thing in my head that I have toward through but I’ll get there!

    ya know i love everything but the bagel season but besides that I'm really not a huge fan of the everything but the bagel flavored things. The flavor is a little bit too muddled for me because I like the intense salty and garlicky flavor from the seasoning itself. Had some toast this morning with violife creamcheese (it was on sale 2 for 4!) and some everything but the bagel and tahini on top… it was DELICIOUS. I've really been loving the tahini lately on basically everything. I gotta try that lavash bread next time I go to the store, I meant to get it recently but then the snowstorm hit and I haven't been grocery shopping since

    lol I can't imagine drinkiing all that coffee! I'm very sensitive to caffeine and might be TMI but coffee goes right through me and hurts my stomach so I can't drink it. I do like the taste of coffee but its just not worth it. School is really picking up quickly for me, not necessarily hard but its hitting me like a truck in terms of the workload, so expect me to be a little late on weekdays for a while

    Been buying lavash bread and tofurkey thanks to you! I don’t know if you are familiar with the “tik tok wrap” but you cut it down the middle halfway and fold it into fours, easier to watch than explain but oh my gosh I’ve been doing that for lunch and it’s amazing 🤣🤣🤣

    YUM! Those taters look delicious!! What does Austin usually eat for dinner? It's such a struggle sometimes with Oliver, he's such a picky eater (also likes stuff very plain, no dips or anything) and now his sister is copying him, not wanting to eat what we're having.

    You look wonderful, my friend. I love eating oatmeal and oat bran hot cereal. My highest weight was 240 pounds. I weigh 159 pounds right now. I am still on weight watchers. I track my calories and food on itrackbites. I love to walk when the weather allows it. I am trying to use hand weights. I am getting more defined abs just by walking and doing walking videos. My family calls me the queen of mustard.

    I've recently started eating those tofurky slices as well on flat-out bread. Im like you I wasn't a big deli sandwich meat person before either. Craving it for some reason as well. My husband said it stinks. Haha
